Trust in the process of life! - mixed media art

I have started this week a new journey, I am taking a course....yehhheeiiii!!!!

It Calls "Wisdom Coaching" with Vera Leal in Lisboa...and I am very happy with myself to give this step further. I hope this period of 9 monthes can power everything good in me ... and that every day can be better and easier

Changes are always good, sometimes gives a shiver down the spine (there's the fear) but we have to be brave and take steps forward and believe

Believe in you and in your potential, which is huge!

Why don´t you think today, what can I change? and says softly to the fear that thanks, but you're going ahead and everything will be fine :) and it will be!

Começei uma nova viagem /etapa na minha vida, começei um curso esta semana, vivaaa!!!!

 "Wisdom Coaching" com a Vera Leal em Lisboa, e estou muito feliz comigo por ter ado este passo em frente.

Espero que este periodo de 9 meses, possa potenciar tudo de bom que existe em mim...e que todos os dias possam ser cada vez melhores e mais fáceis

As mudanças são sempre boas, ás vezes dá um arrepio na espinha ( lá vem o medo) mas temos que ser fortes e dar passos em frente e acreditar!

Acreditar em ti e no teu potencial, que é enorme!!!!

Porque não pensas hoje, o que podsso mudar? e diz baixinho ao medo que agradeçes, mas que vais em frente e tudo vai correr bem :) e vai!
