For me the perfect formula is drawing + painting + affirmations, that's how I work on my emotions, fears, joys ... and unfold my story.

When you write, draw or paint you are creating and why not creating your dreams and desires. When you draw or write what you want, you are somehow materialize, putting the seeds into the soil so that it can flourish and give fruits...and the best is that it is super fun ;)

Draw + paint + affirmattions = self-love, life, fun, seed, reach :)

Quando escreves, desenhas, pintas estás a criar e porque não criar os teus sonhos e desejos.
Quando desenhas ou escreves o que queres, de alguma forma estás a materializar , a pôr a semente no solo para que possa florescer e dar os seus frutos...e o melhor é que é super divertido ;)

Desenhar + pintar + afirmações = amor-próprio, vida, diversão, semear, alcançar :)
