Things around me that make me happy

Sometimes improving your space with something beautiful or colorful is enough to shake your mood.  

Even I feel a little introspective in this moment of my life, here are some of the things that are making me happy right now.

                   

The branch with white flowers I have founded on the ground this afternoon, while walking Bolota (my dog ;)

My new painting "Happy Days", every time I see this painting it makes me smile :) love the puppy so much. This painting has that feeling of happiness when you are relaxed, feeling good in a sunny day in the middle of nature. So good!!!!

                   

My favorite drink for this hot spring days - home made ginger iced tea

2 or 3 slices of ginger + cinnamon + drops of lemon + 1 spoon of honey in a glass.

Boil some water and mix with the other ingredients until you filled a quarter of the glass put some ice and fill the rest with cold water and finish with 2 leaves of basil. 

So fresh and great for your health ;)

Celebrate the child in you

Today is children's day in Portugal, and I want to invite you to nourish your child, the one that lives inside of you, the one that trusts, the one that wants to play and laugh and try new things and flow with life.

Today pic some crayons or some markers and draw, just for fun, without judgement, just for the pleasure of the moment, embracing the little explorer you have inside.

Beeing creative is a wonderful way to mantain your child happy, to stay present in the moment and celebrate joy. You can even join your kids and make a big family drawing. They will love it, I promise :)

So I really hope you follow my suggestion and give yourself permission to play.

I am here today to very proudly ;) present my new book " A little Secret", I am sooo happy!

All my life I have grown my relationship with my Guiding Angels, I always knew they exist and they were with me. This connection helped me to develop my intuition, a tool i consider from major importance to stay true to who you really are, in harmony with your essence and love for you and others. I believe children need to continue to nurture their own natural intuitive being, so it can always grow. This book is an easy tool to help kids and adults, connecting with their true essence of love and trust that something bigger is always by your side.

Let me tell you a little bit more about the book:

A little secret is an illustrated book, introducing children to the world of Angels. 

Kids will learn, how to use their own intuition, with the oracle cards included on the book. They will have the opportunity to make some craft projects, but most of all, learn they have special friends and they are never alone.

Start to finish - Unicorn big painting

This last days, I have spent in my studio painting, emerged in a creative mood, connecting with my inner child. Just allowing what needed to be painted, just feeling and embracing the child, just letting her be.

And it felt so good, giving myself time to do and to do it big.

First, I start by tap into my intuition and just paint, spreading some paint around the canvas. ( above )

              

Then I sart to give more layers of paint, and I found my unicorn and a girl - they are best friends  ;) yehhhheeiiiiii!!!!

              

Continuing to discover more, like crystals and mandalas and magic dust ✨

             

I finish my painting defining all the shapes and giving more details with some doodles and collage.

And here it is the final piece. I think it's so beautiful and special!
