Hi everyone, just to let you know that everything is o.k from this side. I am in this mood, like my cat, beeing still, connecting with the inside world reading, learning, planning a lot with my coaching course.
It´s been a wonderful trip in knowing and understanding myself and others thrue love.

Tem sido uma viagem maravilhosa de conhecimento e compreensão de mim mesmo e dos outros através do amor.

First think about what is important to you, meditate on the subject, follow your values.
Cut phrases, words and images that reflect your vision and speaks with your heart. Glue them in a canvas or pin it all on a board . Hang it in a place where you can look at it often and refocus when necessary

Quando passamos a ver o mundo pelo filtro do amor e a fazer escolhas de uma forma consciente, escolhemos o importante, o saudável, a alegria, o viver dos sonhos, escolhemos os nossos valores....quais são os teus valores, em que é que tu acreditas? . Quando entendes que TU és especial, que trouxes-te dons ao planeta terra e eles estão contigo para os poderes partilhar e inspirar quem passe no teu caminho. Sim eu estou a falar de ti! Abre os braços á vida! :)
O que queres para 2012?
Em cima podes ver a minha visão para 2012 e podes também fazer a tua, primeiro pensa no que é importante para ti, medita sobre o assunto, segue os teus valores.
Depois recorta frases, palavras e imagens de revistas que reflitam a tua visão e que falem com o teu coração. Cola tudo, põe num placard e pendura num sitio onde possas olhar para ele muitas vezes, e refocares sempre que necessário.
