Wokshops in Spain :)

I have arrived from my workshop adventure with Casa Bambola Creativa, in Madrid and it was great all the time spending toguether, with Ellen, Sandra and Ronda (scraptbooking artist) and all the wonderful women/ students, that receive me with lot´s of love  :)

I arrived to Lisbon with lot´s of good energie and lot´s of hopes and dreams !

Cheguei da minha aventura artistica com a Casa Bambola Creativa,  em Madrid e foi fantástico o tempo que passei junto da Ellen, da Sandra e de outra artista de Scraptbooking Ronda e claro com todas as mulheres fantásticas que me receberam com muito amor e que aprenderam comigo com todo o carinho :)

Por isso cheguei a Lisboa cheia de boa energia, com muitas esperanças e sonhos!

Mermaids :) and shop update !

 My new inspiration are  mermaids , they are so magical and whimsical. These mermaids are made with cloth and mixed media techniques and I think they turned out so sweet...like a little mermaid :)
I am working on a painting, a Mermaid too...that i´m going to show you tomorow...stay tuned, because I think you will going to Love it!!!!!

A minha nova inspiração são as sereias, mágicas e fantásticas. Estas sereias foram feitas com tecidos e trabalhadas com técnicas mistas, acho que ficaram tão doces que parecem uma pequena sereia :)

Estou a trabalhar num quadro, também uma sereia... que vou mostrar amanhã...por isso fica ligada, porque acho que vais adorar !!!!

I have received this cute, sweet art from Mindy lacefield (Timssally) , she has this great idea to trade Mail art.

OMG It´s already this week I am travelling to Madrid and give 4 workshops and have a wonderful time, in Casa Bambola Creativa....do you belive it, the time pass so fast!

Trust in the process of life! - mixed media art

I have started this week a new journey, I am taking a course....yehhheeiiii!!!!

It Calls "Wisdom Coaching" with Vera Leal in Lisboa...and I am very happy with myself to give this step further. I hope this period of 9 monthes can power everything good in me ... and that every day can be better and easier

Changes are always good, sometimes gives a shiver down the spine (there's the fear) but we have to be brave and take steps forward and believe

Believe in you and in your potential, which is huge!

Why don´t you think today, what can I change? and says softly to the fear that thanks, but you're going ahead and everything will be fine :) and it will be!

Começei uma nova viagem /etapa na minha vida, começei um curso esta semana, vivaaa!!!!

 "Wisdom Coaching" com a Vera Leal em Lisboa, e estou muito feliz comigo por ter ado este passo em frente.

Espero que este periodo de 9 meses, possa potenciar tudo de bom que existe em mim...e que todos os dias possam ser cada vez melhores e mais fáceis

As mudanças são sempre boas, ás vezes dá um arrepio na espinha ( lá vem o medo) mas temos que ser fortes e dar passos em frente e acreditar!

Acreditar em ti e no teu potencial, que é enorme!!!!

Porque não pensas hoje, o que podsso mudar? e diz baixinho ao medo que agradeçes, mas que vais em frente e tudo vai correr bem :) e vai!

Happy Paper Doll and Fox

Do you like crafts, and have fun with paper dolls?

I always love paper dolls...so I have revive this one from an original art doll that I have made in wood with mixed media thecniques :)

She lives in the woods with her fox and bird  friends, in a sweet house near the lake....and she is so happy and love to play and have fun!
