About new beginnings and the Goddess Brigid

While exploring a new page on my journal, playing with dry pastels and dissolving the color with water, this image appeared. I saw this beautiful woman and she introduced herself to me, giving me her message.

"I am Brigid, Goddess of fertility with me I bring the new life, I bring the season of Spring. 

My presence here today is to help you to prepare for the new season to come. I want you to flourish and shine bright and in full color. Spring brings new beginnings, brings the strength of life, the energy of bloom in full alignment with your purpose. New opportunities will present themselves to you, a new page is open to be filled with successes and abundance. Many changes you have received in the past year, preparing your system to be fully who you are and connect deeply with your gifts and talents. Know that you are ready! From now on everything will be much easier, everything will flow like a bird flying, the water running through the rivers, or the wind blowing in the top of the mountains. You are now who you are. You have reached your center, living your purpose and dedicated with devotion to your sacred work. Know that I, Brigid, am with you helping you to have the strength needed to overcome any challenge and to blossom like a beautiful flower as you deserve. Call my name and receive the freshness of Spring, the promise of an open door, the freshness of the new life, the release of what not serves you. Be at peace at all times, so all of us are with you, helping you with every single detail of your life. Surrender and be.

I am Brigid "

It's my  first time receiving Brigid, she as such an evolving fresh energy. Feels like a beautiful spring, sunny day.

I want to share this personal message with you, because it reinforces this week's message  about a new cycle and the need be present and aware of this energy, that is culminating in this new moon      (starting today in my zone), bringing important new beginnings, for each and one of us. 

We are living in such incredible, sensitive times. So much is going on...so many transformations, ups and downs, so many emotions... we are releasing old patterns, old programs, facing our shadows and most important, for the first time and in a new way, giving birth to the light within. A new Earth is here and becoming more each day and you are an important part of this transformation.

Even it seems challenging and so much can't be explained by common words, I just want to tell you that things are changing for better. Do not pay attention to the chaos, but remember that is only part of the path for this important transformation to take place. This Light Birth is why we came in the first place, to be part of this new times and to help things to grow and be anchored fully on the Earth.

In this new beginnings, remember:

-to welcome this new energy. 

-take time to connect with yourself and listen what is calling you.

-Ask your Spirit Guides  to help you to understand the signs. To bring you the inspiration and strength you need to give the steps in the direction that is your purpose to be upon. 

-In this new moon, make the intention to be fully present and invite what do you need to come to you. Even if you don't know what is it, the important is that you make the intention. The Universe and your Spirit Guides will take care of the rest and will  help you in understanding what you need.

-New doors are opening, you can call Brigid, with this fresh starts.

May we all flow easily, may we all be in profound clarity, may we live in joy and connected with who we really are. Wishing for infinite abundance, eternal peace, health and well-being for all here on Earth.

This is not a story about a mermaid :)

Althought this post was written before I went on vacations, I want to share it with you anyway.
I hope you like it :)


Well this is not a story about a mermaid and dolphins, all swimming together :)
But the way I found to reconnect to the sea and prepare myself to go into vacation mode.
For me, making a collage with an inspiring image, draw and paint what my heart says, is preparing myself for a new cycle.

This was a year of big changes, achievements and deep spiritual work.
I invested a lot in my self-knowledge, understanding better what my gifts are, my anxieties and fears, what I want to do, where I want to go.... and the list continues :) But most of all I learned to love me more, to better understand myself and others and to trust a lot more in the universe and life.

I've finished my coaching course, yehhheiii!! Which I attended with Vera Faria Leal  and her fantastic crew of facilitators and fellow colleges, who were wonderful.
To all of them, who made of this transformational journey a very special year, I would like to say that I am very grateful and send a huge hug to all.

Looking back and realizing I've just finished this cycle, I need to settle my head down and think about all that happened and what I have achieved this year on this beautiful journey:

- One of the most important things was to assume that I am the power in my world and that my beliefs, ideas and thoughts create all around me. Thank you Louise Hay
- I've freed myself of many negative patterns and opened my conscience and my heart to the world
- I had my first international workshops by invitation of the beautiful Casa Bambola Creativa, Tres-Cantos Madrid, Gracias!!
- I've turned my home into a balanced space, more suitable for the whole family
- Got a new car, yeeeiii!!!!
- I´ve been published, in the project "Girls planner"
-I've started to meditate every day
- I've managed to make my husband meditate too (hee hee)
- I sold my art to the 4 corners of the world (including many originals) oh yes!!
- Got a vibrant health, healed many areas of my body through affirmations, meditation and use of color therapy ... which I love!
- Opened a new shop in "Society 6" with accessories for iPhones, computers ....
- I was published twice on Somerset Gallery and Sew Somerset
- Moved in to a new studio with twice the space
- I've licensed my art with Wonderpapers, and created a scrapbook line- "Magic flowers" with paper pads and stickers
- I made my own first online workshop "Art Doll Workshop" (which will be available until December 2012, so you can still make your registration ;)
- I've finished my coaching course :D
- I know I want to help people achieve their dreams
- And this is a secret .... shhhh my art published on a new book by an American Author about the feminine spirit (details later)
Yahhhh!!
So grateful for all beings of light who accompany me on this beautiful journey, that is my life, grateful to my beautiful children, to my husband, to all my family, friends and clients that support my art and to me, for allowing myself to be who I am, proudly.

Este post foi escrito antes de ir de férias, mas gostaria de partilha-lo na mesma, pois para mim faz todo o sentido fechar ciclos.  Agora estou de volta e com baterias recarregadas pronta para recomeçar, espero que gostem :)

 

Pois, isto não é uma história sobre uma sereia que nada com golfinhos :) Mas a forma que encontrei de recuperar a minha ligação com o mar, a preparar-me para ficar em modo de férias.

Para mim, fazer uma colagem com uma imagem inspiradora, desenhar e pintar o que o meu coração diz, é para mim uma preparação, um entrar num novo ciclo.

Este ano foi um ano de grandes mudanças, conquistas e trabalho espiritual profundo. Investi muito no meu auto-conhecimento e cura, perceber ainda melhor as minhas ansiedades e medos, quais os meus dons, o que quero fazer, onde quero ir.... e a lista continuaria :) Mas acima de tudo aprendi a amar-me mais, a entender-me a mim e aos outros e a confiar muito mais no universo e na vida.

Terminado o curso de coaching, yehhheiii!!!! que tirei com a Vera Faria Leal e o grupo fantástico de facilitadores e colegas de curso, foram maravilhosos e fizeram desta viagem transformadora um ano muito especial e deixo aqui um obrigada enorme a todos.


 Sinto assim necessidade de terminar este ciclo arrumando  na minha cabeça, o que aconteceu e o que alcançei neste ano em viagem :

-Uma das mais importantes foi entender que eu sou o poder no meu mundo e que as minhas crenças, ideias e pensamentos criam o que tenho a minha volta. Obrigada Louise Hay.

- Libertei muitos muitos padrões negativos e abri a minha consciencia e o meu coração ao mundo

- Dei os meus 1ºs workshops internacionais a convite da maravilhosa  Bambola Casa Creativa en 3 cantos et Madrid, Gracias!!!!!

- Transformei a minha casa num espaço mais equilibrado e adaptado a toda a familia

- arranjei um carro novo

- publicada no projecto a "Girls planner"

-Passei a meditar todos os dias

- Consegui pôr o meu marido a meditar também (eh, eh)

- Vendi a minha arte para os 4 cantos do mundo (Incluindo muitos originais) oh yes!!!!

- Alcaçei uma saude vibrante, curei várias zonas do meu corpo  através de afirmações, meditação e uso da cromoterapia...que eu amo!

- abri uma nova loja na "Society 6" com acessórios para iphones, computador....

- Fui publicada nas revistas americanas Somerset Gallery e na Sew Somerset

- mudei para um novo atelier e para o dobro do espaço

- Licenciei a minha arte com a Wonderpapers, e criamos a linha para scrapbook "Magic flowers" com folhas e autocolantes

- Pus no ar o meu primeiro workshop online " Art Doll Workshop"( que vai ficar disponivel até Dezembro de 2012 ;)

- Terminei o meu curso de coaching :D

- Saber que quero ajudar pessoas a alcançar os seus sonhos

- E isto é segredo shhhh.... a minha arte publicada num livro de uma autora americana sobre o espirito feminino (pormenores mais tarde)

Tão grata por todos os seres de luz que me acompanham nesta viagem linda que é a minha vida, aos meus filhos lindos, ao meu marido, a toda a minha familia, amigos e clientes que me apoiam a mim e á minha arte e a mim que me permito ser quem sou, com muito orgulho.
